Fees are determined on a number of factors including the type of service being requested, your specific requirements, assignment location, special requests, time of day or night, holiday service, mileage traveled, etc. In addition, there often becomes situations which occur that are unexpected. These issues however do figure into the cost of getting the job accomplished. We sometimes encounter wrong addresses, not founds, bad addresses, evading service, deceased, moved, cancelled, etc.
We prefer payment electronically by Credit Card, PayPal, echeck or by receipt of a check or money order Prior to returning or filing affidavits of service. We do make exceptions for those who have previously done business with us and have settled their financial obligation in a timely manner.
Unfortunately we must request payment in this manner due to instances involving a few out of state clients requesting and obtaining service and then ignoring their obligation for payment.
NOTE: WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY TYPE OF SERVICES THAT IS REGULATED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE SERVICES IN THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA.
